Participants observe intake, pacing, environmental setup, support positions, coat and body findings, team communication, decision-making, division of labor, documentation, and reassessment as actual cases unfold.
The welfare and stability of the cats come first. Observation does not guarantee hands-on participation. The care team determines what participation, if any, is appropriate for each case.
